    My Background:

    Mr. Vincent Lam, Business Development Director of VTL-Solutions Ltd, he brings 13 years of IT management and system development experience in IT industry. Vincent has led VTL in IT and Digital Marketing journey for enterprise class client. Under his leadership, VTL has done 60 digital projects in last 30 months. The Retail and ICT industries have recognized VTL's extraordinary achievement with numerous awards, amongst them, The Capital Award (2015) and the Hong Kong ICT Award (2017).

    Ir C. S. Ho is the General Manager of the BEAM Society Limited, a non-profit seeking organization with members from different professions, working together for the promotion of green building initiatives in Hong Kong.

    Before he joined BSL, he was a practicing Barrister-at-law, a second career of his after he retired from the Hong Kong Housing Authority where he was working as the as Chief Building Services Engineer, heading the Building Services Section, responsible for the design and construction of BS installations at public housing estates and ancillary facilities.

    Ir Ho is a chartered engineer, a fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE).

    Ir Ho has served as member of committees of various institutional organizations, such as HKQAA (currently holding the position as the Deputy Chairman), City University and divisions and advisory panel of HKIE.
